Cristian graduated from the University of California, Merced in 2020 with a degree in Management and Business Economics. He also worked for two years in the information technology field while studying at the university. When any HCS team member has a technical question, Cristian is the “tech guy” they turn to for the answer!

Jordan Heredia

Jordan graduated from Centennial High School and has been working with HCS since 2016. Currently, an apprentice technician, Jordan’s goal is to learn everything he can about structured cabling systems, computer networking, and telecommunications so he can continue to advance his career at HCS.

Austin Frost

Also known around the office as “Awesome Austin,” because if anyone can get it done, Austin can. A native of Bakersfield, Austin has been a professional information and communication technology technician since 2009. Austin is CommScope certified.

Project Supervisor

Mike Garcia

Mike comes to HCS from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles. Mike has been working with HCS since 2014 and has proven his ability to complete large projects like the State Farm Bakersfield Operations Center in on time and under budget. Mike is a BICSI Certified Installer and is CommScope certified.

James Gamboa

Another Bakersfield local, James graduated from Bakersfield High School and has been an information and communication technology professional since 2007. His friendly demeanor makes him popular with both clients and coworkers. James is industry certified by CommScope.

Fabian Valladolid

One of our newest employees, Fabian came to HCS in 2015 after graduating from Robert F. Kennedy High School in Delano, CA. His enthusiasm and drive make us confident that Fabian will go far with HCS. Fabian holds a CommScope certification.

Jose Rodriguez

Jose graduated from North High School and began working at HCS in 2020. Prior to joining HCS he had been working in the telecommunications industry since 2016. Jose is bilingual and enjoys a good working relationship with his fellow HCS team members. A quick learner, Jose is a great “utility man” and enjoys doing out-of-town work.

David Hays

David is a “Jedi Master” in telecommunications and loves to teach young team members everything he knows about structured cabling installation techniques – “Learn this you will!” His industry experience stretches back to the 1990s and he is one of the original founding team members of HCS.

What can we say? Turbo loves hanging around the office and sticking his nose in everyone’s business. He might look tough, but he’s really just a big baby and a sucker for a good tummy rub! When he isn’t lending a helping paw, he can usually be found napping in his favorite spot.
